Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow solutions across multiple versions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, GRC, and Order Management modules.
• Execute greenfield ServiceNow roll-out projects from inception to completion.
• Build scoped applications for business needs using App Engine Studio and manage code via GIT repositories.
• Configure Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management, and Pattern Designer.
• Manage platform upgrades and maintain CSDM and IRE-based integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Deep expertise in ITSM and ITOM (Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management).
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, CSDM, and IRE-based integrations.
• Proficiency in Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and Agent Workspace.
• Experience with ServiceNow HAM and SAM.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – ITSM certification.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow HAM and SAM certifications.
