Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow environments, including greenfield roll-outs and complex integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement greenfield ServiceNow projects and scoped applications using App Engine Studio.
• Build custom integrations and manage complex application development, committing code to GIT repositories.
• Execute platform upgrades, maintaining N-1 current and previous versions.
• Implement and manage ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, GRC, and Order Management modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management), and CMDB (CSDM, IRE-based integrations).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, Discovery, CSDM, and Pattern Designer.
• Proficiency with Flow Designer.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – ITSM certification.
• ServiceNow System Administrator, HAM, and SAM certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
