Description

Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules to deliver enterprise business solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide the architecture design and technical implementation of ITSM and CSM modules.
• Design solutions that align with platform best practices and establish governance standards for performance and stability.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external CRM, ERP, and monitoring tools using APIs and connectors.
• Configure and develop modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Virtual Agent, Now Mobile, and Employee Center.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules.
• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Hands-on experience with configuration and solution design.
• Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems via APIs.
• Experience implementing CSM solutions including case management and proactive service workflows.
• Experience with Service Catalog, Virtual Agent, and Now Mobile.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to prepare and present technical deliverables to internal and external audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders to develop technical designs and project estimates.
• Any Graduate degree.
