Description

You will serve as the technical authority for the ServiceNow platform, driving end-to-end architecture and delivery across multiple modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement solutions across ITSM, ITOM, APM, EA, GRC, HRSD, and SecOps modules.
• Design and maintain the CMDB using the CSDM framework to ensure cross-module data integrity.
• Build workflows, integrations, and automation using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom APIs.
• Define platform strategy, governance, and roadmaps in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee platform upgrades, release management, and technical leadership for developers to ensure coding standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Deep expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, and XML.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and service management principles.
• Experience with multi-module implementations and platform optimization.
• Knowledge of risk frameworks and enterprise architecture.
• ServiceNow certifications including CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-GRC, CIS-APM, CIS-HR, or CIS-SecOps.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Leadership experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
