Description

Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on platform transformation and Employee Center Pro.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to design optimal technical solutions and identify functional gaps.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops and provide architectural direction to customers.
• Manage technical integrations using ServiceNow APIs, Integration Hub, and Service Bridge.
• Build and configure custom scoped applications using App Engine Studio.
• Troubleshoot existing OOB and custom deployments for Employee Center and integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform transition and transformation.
• Deep expertise in Employee Center Pro and its out-of-the-box features.
• Hands-on experience with HRSD and Lifecycle Events.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular Templates, and Angular Directives.
• Experience with REST, e-bonding, and Flow Designer.
• Technical knowledge of Widgets, Service Portals, UI Pages, and UI Builder.
• Ability to script Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Practical application of CSS and Bootstrap for portal configuration.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) plus 2 mainline certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Microsoft products, Integration Hub, and Approval Hub.
