Description

Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across GRC, security incident management, and HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-level and low-level design and architecture based on project requirements and technical specifications.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise-grade applications, including integrations, large data migrations, and deployments.
• Lead and mentor development teams using Agile models to plan, distribute, and drive project delivery.
• Conduct security assessments and validate implementations to ensure alignment with security and privacy standards.
• Establish technical governance and coding standards to optimize platform performance and minimize technical risk.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise-grade application development and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Expertise in ServiceNow HR platform capabilities and HRIS.
• Deep understanding of GRC, Vulnerability Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Proficiency with Cloud Computing and Cloud Operations.
• Hands-on experience writing code and implementing software development best practices.
• Ability to perform ServiceNow HealthScans to assess instance performance, scalability, and security.
• Proven ability to create technical documentation including sequence diagrams, flow charts, and use case diagrams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ITIL, PMP, and Six Sigma frameworks.
• Experience with Agile development, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
