You will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions focusing on GRC, security incident management, and HR platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Drive high-level and low-level design and architecture based on project requirements and technical specifications.
- Lead and mentor development teams using Agile models to plan, distribute, and drive project delivery.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise-grade applications, including integrations, large data migrations, and deployments.
- Conduct security assessments and validate implementations to ensure alignment with security and privacy standards.
- Establish technical governance and coding standards to optimize platform performance and minimize technical risk.
- Manage relationships with business partners, vendors, and senior leadership through technical consultation.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise-grade application development and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Expertise in ServiceNow HR platform capabilities and HRIS.
- Proven ability to create technical documentation including sequence diagrams, flow charts, and use case diagrams.
- Hands-on experience writing code and implementing software development best practices.
- Deep understanding of GRC, Vulnerability Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Experience with Agile development, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
- Proficiency in Cloud Computing and Cloud Operations.
- Knowledge of ITIL, PMP, and Six Sigma frameworks.
- Ability to perform ServiceNow HealthScans to assess instance performance, scalability, and security.
