Description

You will design and lead the implementation of scalable ServiceNow architectures and technical strategies for ITSM Pro, ITOM, and ITAM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM Pro, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Lead the support team in configuration, development, and plugin deployment while performing code reviews.
• Create technical implementation strategies and detailed specifications based on business requirements.
• Monitor instance performance using Instance Observer to ensure new development does not impact stability.
• Collaborate with project management and cross-functional stakeholders to track technical progress and drive business outcomes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proven experience with green-field implementations of ITSM or ITSM Pro.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly scripting languages.
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Hands-on expertise with Flow Designer, workflows, and Virtual Agent.
• Deep understanding of CMDB, Service Level management, and SLA configuration.
• Experience with ServiceNow Agent Workspace.
• Experience working within Agile project frameworks.
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator certification is required.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Experience with data migration from Remedy or Symphony Summit to ServiceNow.
