Description

Architect and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions for the Canadian telecom market, specializing in Telecom Service Management (TSM) modules. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end telecom service lifecycle workflows, including Service Fulfillment, Assurance, and Inventory.
• Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical ServiceNow architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Design and configure TSM modules, Service Graph Connectors, CMDB/CSDM data models, and Service Mapping for telecom environments.
• Architect integrations with OSS/BSS systems, network monitoring tools, and external sources using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Lead a team of developers and administrators, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and ensuring Agile/Scrum delivery quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in Telecom Service Management (TSM) modules.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and the CMDB/CSDM framework.
• Advanced JavaScript development skills, including Glide APIs, Script Includes, and Business Rules.
• Experience with Service Mapping, Discovery, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer for automation.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale implementations and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of telecom network concepts, including RAN, Core, and NOC operations.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – TSM) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience working in telecom organizations or projects involving fault management and service impact analysis.
