Description

You will design and build custom applications within the ServiceNow ecosystem, moving beyond standard ITSM implementations to deliver bespoke solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build custom applications using App Engine Studio and the SNOW component library.
• Design and implement database schemas and data models from scratch based on specific requirements.
• Develop frontend-facing forms using ServiceNow frontend libraries.
• Configure, script, and write code for complex workflows and integrations.
• Guide architectural direction while maintaining hands-on involvement in configuration and development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Extensive experience with custom application development.
• Proficiency with Glide Classes and Engine Studio.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Cloud Studio.
• Expertise in using Rest APIs for system integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow frontend libraries and workflow components.
• Ability to work with the ServiceNow data layer and built-in tables.
• Proven track record of designing database schemas and managing data models.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and pitfalls.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant ServiceNow certifications.
