Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design StrategyDefine and design high-level architecture for ServiceNow solutions across modules like HR| ITOM| PPM| CSM| FSM| SIR and SPM.Develop architectural blueprints| standards| and best practices.Align ServiceNow architecture with enterprise IT strategy and digital transformation goals.
2. Technical LeadershipProvide guidance and mentorship to developers and implementation teams.Ensure adherence to architectural standards and coding best practices.Lead technical design sessions and code reviews.
3. Solution ImplementationOversee the development and deployment of ServiceNow applications and custom modules.Ensure solutions are scalable| reliable| and secure.Lead complex integrations using RESTSOAP APIs| OAuth| SAML| and middleware platforms.
4. Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Present architectural decisions and roadmaps to executives| including CIOs and CTOs.Conduct workshops| demos| and technical presentations.
5. Governance ComplianceEstablish governance frameworks for ServiceNow development and deployment.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.Maintain detailed documentation including design specs| workflows| and technical guidelines.

Required Skills:

QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science| Information Technology| or related field.
7 years of experience in IT| with 3 years in a ServiceNow architect role.
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules.
Strong experience with JavaScript| Glide| Flow Designer| and IntegrationHub.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA)Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)Certified Application Developer (CAD)Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)
Excellent communication| leadership| and stakeholder management skills
