You will design and implement scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions, including custom workflows, UI policies, and business rules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with HR, ERP, Asset Management, and IoT monitoring systems using REST and SOAP.
• Partner with business leaders and process owners to gather requirements and provide technical mentorship to developers.
• Optimize applications for performance and security while ensuring alignment with enterprise IT standards.
• Develop real-time dashboards for incident tracking, compliance monitoring, and analytics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years in an Architect role.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, GRC, or HRSD modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide API.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations via REST and SOAP.
• Proven track record of designing enterprise-scale implementations.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience with ServiceNow Health & Safety (HSE) applications.
• Familiarity with railroad industry safety regulations including FRA, OSHA, and ISO 45001.
