Description

You will lead the technical and functional design of ServiceNow platform implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level design and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementations.
• Architect integrations using LDAP, SSO trusted sources, MID servers, web services, and email.
• Design and architect ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery jobs.
• Build automation workflows using ServiceNow Integration Hub and spokes.
• Establish coding standards, conduct periodic reviews, and report status to management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Deep understanding of domain separation setup and configuration.
• Proven experience architecting integrations with 3rd party tools and DevOps automation.
• Hands-on experience with workflow engines and design methodologies for prototyping.
• Ability to identify platform deficiencies and recommend technical solutions.
