Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT projects on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform upgrades, cloning, and maintenance processes.
• Design and implement enterprise IT solutions by gathering requirements and collaborating with technical leads.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Manage the change process for all platform updates and new releases.
• Develop functional specifications, system design specifications, and documentation for user interfaces and data requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Solutions Architect.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, XML, JSON, and CSS.
• Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules including Employee Center, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, and Now Mobile.
• Hands-on experience with App Engine Studio, Git, App Engine Management Center, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
• Proven ability to build custom spokes, data streams, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Service Portal and API development, including REST and MID Server integrations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Technical Architect certifications.
