Description

You will define and design high-level ServiceNow solutions across modules including HR, ITOM, PPM, CSM, FSM, SIR, and SPM, aligning architecture with enterprise IT strategy.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural blueprints, standards, and best practices for scalable, reliable, and secure ServiceNow applications.
• Lead technical design sessions, code reviews, and mentorship for developers and implementation teams.
• Oversee complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SAML, and middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and present roadmaps to executives.
• Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a ServiceNow architect role.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and core modules (HR, ITOM, PPM, CSM, FSM, SIR, SPM).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience leading complex integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth, and SAML.
• ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
