Description

You will architect and design complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC modules.
• Configure, script, and design workflows within the ServiceNow environment.
• Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP, APIs, and MID Server.
• Design Configuration Management Database (CMDB) structures, service mappings, and discovery processes.
• Ensure platform security compliance, ACL implementation, and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years focused on ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and workflow design.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP, APIs, and MID Server.
• Experience with CMDB design, service mapping, and discovery.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform security, ACLs, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management best practices.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years total working experience in relevant IT roles.
• 5-year tenure stability in previous positions.
