Description

You will design, architect, and implement scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform, covering ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
• Optimize CMDB structure and enforce performance and scalability best practices.
• Manage integrations with AWS and Azure using REST, SOAP, OAuth2, and JWT.
• Implement platform features using JavaScript, Glide API, and Business Rules.
• Manage platform governance, including update sets, version control, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and design.
• Expertise in core ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Proficiency in integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth2, and JWT.
• Strong scripting ability in JavaScript and leveraging the Glide API.
• Experience with AWS integration within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• In-depth knowledge of the Common Services Data Model (CSDM).
• Understanding of ServiceNow update sets and deployment governance.
