Description

You will lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, and custom modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and hands-on development for ITSM, ITOM, and custom modules.
• Oversee customization, configuration, and scripting including workflows and App Engine.
• Architect integrations with LDAP, AD, SAP, APIs, and enterprise monitoring systems.
• Ensure platform governance, security, compliance, and system optimization including upgrades.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Deep knowledge of CMDB design, ServiceNow CMDB model, and CSDM framework.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, PowerShell, Perl, Python, and SNMP.
• Experience with App Engine, workflows, reporting, and UI configurations.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
