Description

You will lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow telecom solutions. You define scalable, secure architectures aligned with business requirements and provide technical leadership for SOM, TNI, TSM, and CPQ implementations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability and security.
• Design and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and IntegrationHub.
• Establish platform governance, development standards, and best practices for customization and workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and guide development teams on scripting and optimization.
• Participate in solution strategy, roadmap planning, and technical decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow SOM, TNI, TSM, or CPQ implementations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, workflows, and data models.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and custom application development.
• Experience designing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Strong understanding of telecom domain processes and service lifecycle management.
• Experience leading architecture discussions and mentoring technical teams within Agile/Scrum models.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IntegrationHub and advanced middleware platforms.
• Proven track record in solution strategy and roadmap planning for telecom sectors.
