Description

Architect, design, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management, Asset Management, and Customer Service domains.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of complex ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, Mid Servers, and Integration Hub.
• Customize and configure ITSM modules following ITIL standards, utilizing JavaScript, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Script Includes.
• Define enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, and development lifecycle processes to ensure long-term maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor development teams, and oversee code promotions from development to production environments.
• Implement automated testing using the Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure code quality and platform stability.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine Studio, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and Performance Analytics.
• Strong JavaScript scripting skills for Business Rules, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Experience designing integrations with external systems via REST, SOAP, and Mid Servers.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), SLAs/OLAs, and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of Automated Test Framework (ATF) for regression and unit testing.
