Lead technical architecture and design for ServiceNow implementation projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical decision-making and define system architecture across full ServiceNow product ranges.
• Provide technical thought leadership and manage multiple simultaneous implementation campaigns.
• Deliver technical guidance within Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks.
• Manage presentation scenarios and high-pressure workstreams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT industry experience.
• Deep development experience within the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist accreditation.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer accreditation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM.
• Experience with Customer Workflow and Information Risk Management (IRM).
• Proficiency with Next Gen UI.
• Practical application of Agile-Scrum and SAFe methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to manage high-pressure environments and multiple workstreams.
