Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, and custom modules.
• Oversee customization, configuration, and hands-on development including workflows, App Engine, ITIL processes, and scripting.
• Architect and manage integrations with LDAP, AD, SAP, APIs, and enterprise monitoring systems.
• Ensure platform governance, security, compliance, and system optimization, including upgrades and enhancements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder advisory, delivering high-quality solutions and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom applications.
• Deep knowledge of CMDB design, ServiceNow CMDB model, and CSDM framework.
• Hands-on experience in integrations, scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Perl, Python, SNMP, WMI, SSH, XPath), App Engine, workflows, reporting, and UI configurations.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, ServiceNow best practices, and advanced features.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring and guiding development teams on architecture, coding standards, and governance
