Description

You will design, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business requirements and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform platform enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance while adhering to FedRAMP compliance and agency standards.
• Manage portal and Catalog item requests, including retrofitting existing designs to meet new standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical documentation and actionable development plans.
• Develop and implement fixes for bugs and issues within the ServiceNow production environment.
• Monitor application performance and analyze code to suggest proactive system improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow technology, specifically in administration and process support.
• Experience designing and deploying web-based end-user self-service portals and modifying Catalog items.
• Experience building and maintaining integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policies, actions, and client/server scripts.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring, alerting, and federated CI data sources.
• 5 years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance with FedRAMP administration standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the local, state, or federal government sectors.
