Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise telecommunications clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect ServiceNow solutions and serve as the primary technical advisor for platform enhancements.
• Design and implement workflow automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Conduct solution reviews, impact assessments, and functional specification reviews.
• Manage governance, change control, and CMDB-related initiatives.
• Provide architectural guidance to Agile/Scrum teams and mentor members on ITSM best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Consultant in enterprise environments.
• Expert proficiency with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on experience with Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM), Telecom Service Management (TSM), Telecom Network Inventory (TNI), and SOMT CMDB.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, tables, workflows, and platform architecture.
• Experience with ServiceNow Data Sources and Integrations.
• Proven track record supporting telecommunications clients or telecom-focused implementations.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and/or Certified Master Architect (CMA).
