You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of a global ServiceNow landscape across multiple instances.
Responsibilities
Design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes.
Own Service Portal design and support custom application development and migration.
Execute hands-on development using Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Email Inbound.
Build and manage REST and SOAP based integrations, including scripted API creation.
Implement ServiceNow in domain-separated instances and support Virtual Agent and Mobile app development.
Develop methodologies for consistent development, improvement, and deployment of designed solutions.
Required Skills
8+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
3+ years of JavaScript experience.
ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
Hands-on experience with Custom Applications, App Engine Studio, and Service Portals.
Proficiency in CSM, HRSD, GRC, and ITBM modules.
Advanced knowledge of CSDM, CMDB, and Performance Analytics.
Strong understanding of REST and SOAP integrations.
Experience with HTML coding and knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory.
Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Fulfillment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
