• Architect solutions across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Automation modules.
• Align platform capabilities with customer priorities and technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow Architect roles.
• Extensive experience with ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Proven track record in ServiceNow Automations.
• Specialized knowledge in domain separation environment design and implementation.
• Ability to provide technical governance for enterprise platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
