Description

Lead the design, architecture, build, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. Translate business requirements into functional architectures and implement technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions by translating business requirements into functional architectures.
• Formulate implementation plans, including testing and documentation for all new functionality.
• Review code and systems written by team members to provide technical feedback and expertise.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain technical architecture documentation to ensure platform stability.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
• 3+ years of experience in JavaScript.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow administration and configuration, specifically Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge Management, and CMDB.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Workflows and Flow Designer.
• 3+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow integrations using REST API design, web services, and database integrations.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile software development and SDLC.
• 3+ years of experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing customer requirements.
• ServiceNow Advanced System Administrator certification.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development and ServiceNow administration.
• Experience with HR Service Delivery, Employee Center, Major Incident Management, and Customer Service Management.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
