Description

Lead technical implementation and architecture for ServiceNow solutions. You will provide thought leadership to clients while managing multiple delivery campaigns under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical thought leadership on ServiceNow implementation strategies and best practices.
• Engineer solutions using ServiceNow ITSM, Customer Service Management (CSM), Incident Response Management (IRM), and Customer Workflow.
• Implement Next-Gen UI and ensure scalable, secure platform configurations.
• Manage concurrent workstreams and maintain control over complex presentation and delivery scenarios.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT industry experience with deep, mandatory expertise in ServiceNow.
• Hands-on development experience is mandatory.
• Certified Implementation Specialist and Certified Application Developer credentials required.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, IRM, and Customer Workflow modules.
• Experience with Next-Gen UI implementation.
• Practical experience with Agile-Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to engage clients with strong presentation skills and manage high-pressure environments.
