Description

You will lead the technical and functional design of ServiceNow platform implementations, covering ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect high-level designs and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementations.
• Design integrations using LDAP, SSO trusted sources, MID servers, web services, and email.
• Build automation workflows using ServiceNow Integration Hub and spokes.
• Design and architect ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery jobs.
• Identify system deficiencies, recommend solutions, and enforce coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow design and implementation.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Hands-on experience with Domain Separation setup and configuration.
• Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with 3rd party tools and monitoring systems.
• Strong experience with DevOps tools integration and automation trigger capabilities.
• Expertise in workflow engines and design methodologies for prototyping.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage stakeholder engagements and provide technical status reporting.
• Knowledge of quality and security standards within ServiceNow environments.
