Description

Design and govern ServiceNow platform solutions across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Automation modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical governance to align platform usage with leading practices and customer priorities.
• Lead the design and implementation of domain separation environments.
• Architect end-to-end solutions for ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Automation.
• Ensure platform capabilities meet specific technical and business requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow Architect roles.
• Extensive hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Proven track record in ServiceNow Automations.
• Specialized knowledge in domain separation environment design and implementation.
• Ability to provide technical governance for enterprise platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
