Description

You will lead the architectural design and product ownership of the ServiceNow platform, owning the product roadmap and lifecycle.

Since is_remote, hybrid, and on_site are all 0, no work-mode line is output.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow product roadmap and lifecycle as a Product Owner.
• Design and implement solutions across ITSM, HRSD, PSM, ITOM, and SPM modules.
• Develop automated testing workflows using the Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and custom scripting.
• Apply HR function process best practices to the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) product.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow architecture.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, PSM, ITOM, and SPM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for platform scripting.
• Experience with PowerShell and API integrations.
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow Employee Center and ATF.
• Proven experience acting as a ServiceNow Product Owner.
• Understanding of HR functional processes and industry best practices.
• Bachelor's Degree.
