Description

You will design and lead ServiceNow architecture implementations, focusing primarily on IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Service Portfolio Management (SPM).

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions centered on ITAM processes.
• Provide architectural guidance for SPM and APM modules.
• Align technical implementations with organizational asset management workflows.
• Lead architecture decisions for ServiceNow deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow architecture.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist (CAS) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Experience with IT Asset Management processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SPM and APM.
• CIS-ITAM SAM, CIS-PPM, or APM certifications.
