Description

You will design and oversee architectural solutions across single or multiple domains within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level architectural solutions and cross-domain integration strategies based on industry best practices.
• Define technical strategy, map dependencies, and determine the implementation sequence for complex projects.
• Develop custom software solutions through scripting and software development to meet specific business needs.
• Configure and integrate ServiceNow products, including custom APIs, probes, sensors, and patterns.
• Lead workshops, demonstrations, and technical presentations for stakeholders and project teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and consulting.
• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow software products.
• Proficiency in developing custom solutions via scripting and software development.
• Experience configuring custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs.
• Ability to perform application mapping and configure impact analysis for what-if scenarios.
• Skill in creating technical documentation and design documents.
• Experience configuring customized probes, sensors, and patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
