Description

You will design and oversee ServiceNow architectures, with a focus on HRSD implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions at Pro and Enterprise levels.
• Integrate call center technologies, including IVR, collaboration tools, and chatbots.
• Manage complex system integrations using various web services and protocols.
• Develop custom components using JavaScript, AngularJS, and Jelly.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow architecture.
• ServiceNow HRSD certifications (Pro and Enterprise).
• Hands-on experience with SSO, SAMI, and SSI.
• Proficiency in REST, SOAP, and Web Services.
• Technical knowledge of SIP, LDAP, ODBC, and FTPS.
• Strong development skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, and Jelly.
• Knowledge of call center technologies such as IVR and chatbots.
