Description

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of a global ServiceNow landscape across multiple instances. This role owns the cohesive framework for applications, integrations, data, security, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and modify application frameworks, including SLAs, workflows, and security models.
• Own Service Portal design and support custom application development and migration.
• Execute hands-on development using Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Email Inbound.
• Build and manage REST and SOAP-based integrations, including scripted API creation.
• Implement domain-separated instances and support Virtual Agent and Mobile app development.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
• 3+ years of JavaScript experience.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
• Hands-on experience with Custom Applications, App Engine Studio, and Service Portals.
• Proficiency in CSM, HRSD, GRC, and ITBM modules.
• Advanced knowledge of CSDM, CMDB, and Performance Analytics.
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience with HTML coding and knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory.
• Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Fulfillment.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Solution Architect, Certified Application Developer, or CIS (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps) certifications.
• Knowledge of Integration Hub and Jelly script.
