Lead technical implementation and architecture for ServiceNow solutions, providing thought leadership and managing complex delivery campaigns.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical thought leadership on ServiceNow implementation strategies and best practices.
• Engineer solutions using ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, IRM, and Customer Workflow modules.
• Implement Next-Gen UI and ensure scalable, secure platform configurations.
• Manage concurrent workstreams and maintain control over complex presentation and delivery scenarios.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT industry experience with deep expertise in ServiceNow.
• Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow is mandatory.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, IRM, and Customer Workflow.
• Experience with Next-Gen UI implementation.
• Practical experience with Agile-Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Certified Implementation Specialist and Certified Application Developer credentials required.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to engage clients.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing high-pressure environments and multiple delivery campaigns.
