Description

You will serve as the technical architect for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and managing vendor integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain platform stability within the ServiceNow environment.
• Engage with the ServiceNow vendor regarding new application compatibility with the platform Data Model.
• Architect technical solutions for platform requirements.
• Ensure alignment with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM operational standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Experience with encryption concepts.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CTA certification.
• Implementation certification in multiple areas.
