You will own a Windows-based, fully operational, modern laptop for virtual desktop support.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for GRC, IRM, VRM, Compliance, and Audit.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional technical designs.
• Optimize existing ServiceNow modules to meet industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ServiceNow initiatives.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of professional experience in IT architecture.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
• Hands-on experience with IRM (Integrated Risk Management).
• Specialized experience with VRM (Vendor Risk Management).
• Proven track record managing Compliance and Audit modules.
