Description

You will own the design, governance, and future-state roadmap for an enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap, and design standards.
• Lead alignment across applications, infrastructure, and enterprise services.
• Architect integrations with identity/directory, monitoring, ERP, and endpoint management tools.
• Optimize ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/SecOps workflows and reduce technical debt.
• Enforce development best practices, including ACL/RBAC, Flow Designer, and secure coding standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years specifically as a ServiceNow Architect or Design Authority.
• Deep expertise in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), ITOM, ITAM, and Security Operations.
• Proficiency with IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning, platform security, upgrade processes, and release management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
