Description

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design ServiceNow solutions for FSM, IRM, VRM, Policy & Compliance, and CSM modules.
• Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance through regular system reviews and assessments.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in complex environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow FSM, IRM, VRM, and CSM modules.
• Deep knowledge of Policy & Compliance within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, including scripting and platform optimization.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale implementations.
• Experience designing and managing enterprise-level system integrations.
• Any Graduate degree.

• Relevant ServiceNow certifications.
