Description

You will design and lead custom application development on the ServiceNow platform, managing ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement and manage ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Execute data transformation and ETL processes.
• Customize ServiceNow portals using front-end technologies.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of professional experience.
• Extensive ServiceNow custom application development.
• ServiceNow scripting with JavaScript, GlideScript, and AngularJS.
• Integration experience via APIs, REST, and SOAP.
• Data transformation and ETL process management.
• Front-end development using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Programming proficiency in Python, Java, C#, or Ruby.
