Description

You will lead ServiceNow architecture design and implementation, focusing on GRC and system integration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow architecture aligned with ITIL frameworks.
• Integrate diverse IT systems and platforms to streamline operations.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for effective knowledge transfer and process adoption.
• Develop and enforce governance, risk, and compliance processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
• Proven experience integrating diverse IT systems and platforms.
• Experience conducting technical workshops and user training.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GRC modules within ServiceNow.
