Description

You will design, architect, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including hands-on development and technical problem solving.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect ServiceNow HRSD implementations using models, plugins, and accelerators.
• Execute hands-on development within the HRSD platform.
• Apply ServiceNow best practices across multiple implementations.
• Manage HR processes including onboarding, background checks, and candidate promotions.
• Debug, test, and solve complex technical problems within the platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow HRSD model.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - HR (CIS-HR) certification.
• Hands-on experience with Employee Center portals.
• Strong scripting and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of HR process workflows.
