Description

You will define and govern the ServiceNow platform architecture for complex telecom and service management environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with application and technology teams to design scalable solutions.
• Define platform architecture standards, roadmaps, and design guidelines.
• Map business requirements to ServiceNow standard functionality while minimizing customization.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and project managers.
• Ensure solution scalability, security, and compliance across implementations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years experience in ServiceNow architecture design, development, and implementation.
• 5+ years experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, Web Services (RESTful/SOAP), XML, and JSON.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow governance and upgrade-safe design practices.
• Strong understanding of TMForum principles for solution architecture.
• Experience with ITOM / Telecom Service Management and Order Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow technology architecture guidelines for infrastructure and application development.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), CSA, and CIS certifications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
