Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Own the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, including forms, flows, workflows, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Translate functional requirements and mock-ups into working features using JavaScript server and client code.
• Manage configuration and data movement between environments using update sets and XMLs.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement bug fixes.
• Guide other developers and lead process workflow documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically ITAM (SAM, CMDB, Discovery, MID Servers).
• 5+ years of experience developing ServiceNow SAM implementations.
• 5+ years of experience with data loads, transform maps, and transform scripts.
• Expertise in UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Catalog configurations.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, REST, SOAP, and XMLs.
• Experience with ServiceNow Workspace and UI Builder.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must reside within two hours of Woodlawn, MD, and work on-site at least 2 days a week.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications: CIS-SAM, CIS-Discovery, CAD, or CSA.
• Experience developing GRC/IRM modules or ServiceNow ITOM.
• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
