Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions as a Certified Technical Architect.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to architecture roadmapping, transformation planning, and solutioning for future business capabilities.
• Define technical implementation, phasing, and features for solution requirements alongside developers.
• Lead epic estimation and readiness while resolving technical blockers during delivery.
• Review platform stability, reliability, and performance to ensure optimal operation.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, coding standards, and adherence to team processes.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification (mandatory).
• 10 to 12 years of experience configuring, developing, and designing ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect.
• Expertise in ServiceNow architecture and Agile methodologies.
• Strong background in software architecture, engineering, and work estimation.
• Proficiency with Development APIs.
• Experience managing and maintaining a ServiceNow-focused product backlog.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within the Telecommunications sector.
• Ability to develop and communicate technical roadmaps to business groups.
