Key Skills: ServiceNow, Automated Testing

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases and reusable test steps in ServiceNow ATF.
• Create and execute test suites for ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
• Build regression coverage for platform upgrades, enhancements, and release cycles.
• Analyze failed test runs, isolate defects, and work with development teams to drive resolution.
• Maintain test assets, execution results, and automation status for ongoing quality tracking.

Skills Required:

• 10 to 18 years of overall experience with ServiceNow testing, automation, and platform delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework and ServiceNow platform configuration.
• Ability to design ATF test cases, test suites, and test steps for enterprise ServiceNow applications.
• Experience validating ServiceNow workflows and platform behavior across upgrades and regression cycles.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting for test automation and platform customization.

Good to Have:

• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or Service Portal.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations.
• Exposure to Jenkins, Git, or CI/CD pipelines.
• ServiceNow implementation experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
