Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Automation: Build and maintain ServiceNow Service Catalog workflows for Dynatrace OneAgent onboarding and deployment.
• CMDB & CI Management: Utilize CMDB data to identify CI relationships, map applications and update custom tracking fields.
• Validation & Support: Partner with application support teams to validate CIs and ensure SLA adherence.
• Tagging & Standardization: Define tagging standards, create CI tag files and maintain them on designated network shares.
• Change Management Integration: Connect technical deployment workflows with enterprise change management systems.
• Deployment & Scripting: Support and execute automation scripts across Windows, Linux and AIX environments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Dynatrace teams for dashboard creation and MID Server deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ServiceNow: Advanced experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog, CMDB and MID Server.
• Monitoring & Security Tools: Direct experience with Dynatrace OneAgent and Tanium.
• Operating Systems: Working knowledge of Windows, Linux and AIX.
• Automation & Scripting: Strong enterprise scripting and process automation capabilities.
• ITSM Processes: Experience integrating technical solutions with IT Change Management platforms.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently
