Description

You will design and implement scalable automation and integration solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze automation opportunities and design solutions using Integration Hub, RPA, Flow Designer, and Virtual Agent.
• Develop and test integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, FTP, and other protocols.
• Build and optimize flows, orchestrations, and RPA bots connecting systems such as Azure, SAP, Jira, and Salesforce.
• Ensure secure integration through OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API key-based authentication.
• Maintain technical documentation including HLD, LLD, and TDD while upholding coding standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ServiceNow platform integration experience.
• Expertise in Integration Hub, Flow Designer, Automation Engine, and scripting with JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Orchestrator, and Document Intelligence.
• Proficiency in developing REST/SOAP APIs and working with JSON, XML, and web services.
• Extensive integration experience with Azure AD, Entra ID, Okta, Salesforce, SAP, and Workday.
• Strong understanding of API security standards including OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
• Experience using Power Designer and ServiceNow portal.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical integration requirements.
