Description

You will design, develop, and maintain a test automation framework using ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF) to support multiple project needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test automation frameworks using ServiceNow ATF following best practice guidelines.
• Write and execute test scripts for coverage and completeness across federated development teams.
• Perform automated, exploratory, load, and performance testing on web services and applications.
• Execute full automation suites before major releases and report results to stakeholders.
• Support UAT, manage defect reporting, and participate in sprint planning to identify system risks.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of overall experience in testing, with 3+ years specializing in ServiceNow ATF.
• Hands-on automation experience with CMDB, Incident/Problem Management, Service Request/Catalog, Change Management, CSM, and IRM modules.
• Proven experience testing ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
• 2+ years of experience in JavaScript or another programming/scripting language.
• 2+ years of experience in automated, exploratory, load, and performance testing, including SOAP UI for web services.
• Experience working in iterative, continuous integration, and Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• Strong ITIL V3 knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
• Experience with Selenium, Leapwork, Flow Designer, or App Engine Studio.
